Position Title: DVP Lead Engineer
Duration: Contract
Location: Solihull
Essential Criteria:
- Our Client is looking for a Lead DVP Engineer to help them grow the product range and lift the quality of the motorcycle design to new highs.
As a Lead DVP Plan Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Support the overall DVP process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of verification activities.
- Manage a team of engineers working on the project, ensuring that program deliverables are meet against all gateways.
- Responsibility for the creation and implementation of each components test procedure liaising with the external test facility, reviewing and signing off the test reports.
- Ensure integrity of data by controlling updates to Electrical DVP from test owners and requirement owners.
- Review due / late tests with test owners and agree recovery plans
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress, results, and any issues encountered.
- Monitor and track the performance of verification activities against established criteria, identifying areas for improvement.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Effective time management skills to manage time between several projects.
- Competent using Microsoft business Tools.
