Position : Senior Design Engineer - Chassis

Duration: Contract

Location: Solihull

Outside IR35

My Client who are known for manufacturing luxury hand-crafted motorcycles. They are looking for Senior Design Engineer - Chassis to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Solihull.

Essential Criteria:

• Creo and Windchill CAD design experience
• 10+ years' experience in motorcycle Chassis engineering systems
• Datums and GD&T knowledge
• Drawing layout knowledge.
• Design and Release of component systems
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have Criteria:

• Manufacturing experience desirable
• Able to make decisions tolerancing, clearances, material sections
• Robust, proven feasibility assessment skills within APQP framework including DFMEA, DFA/DFM, DVP, component planning and PPAP
