About the company

Contechs is recruiting on behalf of its client, a British multinational automobile manufacturer, which produces luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles. They are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Essex.

Job Description

As Operations Analyst, your main responsibilities are:

  • Work with big cloud-based data in delivering and maintaining Local process controls
  • Build operational excellence and program control capabilities, across the organisation
  • Identify, and action, improvement areas
  • Integrating industry best-practices
  • Support the team build more robust, higher quality products with shorter lead times.

Qualifications / Skills required

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing best practices
  • Building out and optimisation of new processes
  • Tracking of operating metrics and KPIs
  • Use of agile methodologies to accelerate program delivery
