Position Title: Work & Life Advisor (Document Management)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: Bournville

Summary of responsibilities:
• This role sits specifically in our Document Management Team
• This role is admin heavy, so someone with prior experience of document management, coordination or administration is essential.
• This role will consist of filing documents in our document management system.
• These documents are sent in from employees all over Europe, attention to detail is imperative as we are weekly audited on accuracy.

Three Key Skills
• Native in either: Polish, German, French, Czech / Slovak
• And any other languages
• Strong Administration skills
• Attention to detail

Primary Skills Required:
• Customer Service / Case Management Skills

Additional Skills Preferred:
• Shared Service or fast paced admin environment
