Position Title: Infra / network specialist

Duration: Contract

Location: Sweden

Assignment Description:
- You will work within all Company clients including PC, Linux and MAC clients, including management tools within the area and client security application. (PC, Mac, Mobile devices, Virtual clients, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), SCCM Intune Antivirus, Anti malware, PatchMyPc and Net Clean)
- Secure future delivery of Windows and other OS to the business that includes planning, design and deliver of the Company-s- Digital Workplace that follows the future of Microsoft.
- Create, approve, and review SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for ServiceDesk to follow.
- Educate 1st and 2nd line in advance Troubleshooting in related areas
- Be a key resource in projects for the Company-s- Digital Workplace to make the Company Digital Workplace align with the future of IT.
- Deliver and take lead for planning of updates and security updates for the clients and server systems that are related to the delivery.
- Homologate clients for the Company and customers
- Responsible for that the delivery of Applications and Upgrades/Updates together with the Citrix VDI Team.
- Responsible for business requirements for purchasing
- Responsible for license and user is equivalent
- Responsible for reducing the cost for software usage
- Working tightly together with the security team to ensure Digital Workplace follows the security guidelines.
- Responsible for documentation and KB articles for ServiceDesk and Business to deliver solutions that fit the need of the business and the supportability from ServiceDesk.
- Work within a team of highly dedicated technicians who are specialists within their area of the client platform.
- The Company-s IT are working in an agile way, and according to ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) processes to ensure compliance. Other tools used by the team where previous experience is of substantial value.

- MDT, ConfigMgr, Intune/MEM, PowerShell, PatchMyPC, Right Click Tools

Technologies:
- AD (Active Directory), AAD, Azure
