With over 30 years engineering experience, Rob has delivered a range of engineering projects, from exclusive hypercars to high volume commercial vehicles. Starting as a design engineer, he has covered all elements of automotive design engineering and project management, using Agile, Scrum Master, Prince 2 and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Rob has taken projects from initial concept / pre-approval, through engineering release and validation and on to volume production, within traditional, motorsport and start up OEMs. He has worked with advanced technologies and materials, applying innovative techniques to deliver successful projects.
Rob has developed a skill for working directly with our key clients to create bespoke delivery solutions to ensure their requirements are fully supported.
Outside of work, Rob is a passionate automotive enthusiast.
