Position Title: Work & Life Advisor (Document Management)
Summary of responsibilities:
• This role sits specifically in our Document Management Team
• This role is admin heavy, so someone with prior experience of document management, coordination or administration is essential.
• This role will consist of filing documents in our document management system. These documents are sent in from employees all over Europe, attention to detail is imperative as we are weekly audited on accuracy.
Three Key Skills
• Native in either, Polish, German, French and or any other languages
• Strong Administration skills
• Attention to detail
Primary Skills Required:
• Customer Service / Case Management Skills
Additional Skills Preferred:
• Shared Service or fast paced admin environment
