Position Title: Automation Specialist
Duration: Contracted for 20 weeks
Location: Bournville
Summary of responsibilities:
• This role sits predominantly in the People Services function, working with the global Continuous Improvement, the Client’s Digital Services team, supporting the Automation lead during a major project.
• There are specific process ownership requirements for the project that will need to be understood, co-owned & delivered.
• Support the automation lead & understand project processing requirements to enable coverage / continuity as required
• Assist in building a continuous improvement culture by delivering customer raised projects (variety of teams)
• Promote continuous improvement & automation opportunities specifically
• Communicate delivery & project benefits
Key Responsibilities:
• Support automation lead during priority project processing phase
• Delivers against timelines & customer expectations
• Deliver own projects
• Develop automation network & approach
Key Requirements:
• Microsoft Office Advanced level – Complex Formulae, Visual Basic for Applications
• Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI required some PowerApps knowledge desirable but not essential
• Data analysis skills
Education, Skills and Scope:
• Degree or equivalent technical qualification is desirable (role experience is the priority)

• A proven track record of delivering process automation
• Portfolio / examples of relevant change projects
• Problem solving & process improvement skills
• Team working & stakeholder management experience
