Position Title: Team Lead & Program coordinator

Duration: Contract

Location: Sweden

Assignment Description:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or coordination
• English, spoken and written
• Communicative with good verbal and visual presentation skills.
• Independent and confident as well as a good team player
• Work closely with the design team to make sure that both the holistic plan is followed and that people are doing good
• Nurture the team culture and build a strong team spirit Structured, methodical, and analytical with good planning skills. Ability to understand and analyse requirements from upper management
• Highly motivated, flexible, and able to work under constrained time schedules
• Work with our team as well as all other design teams, operations and external stakeholders (PLs, Prototyping,
• Program managers) to coordinate the Digital & Interaction designs cross carline and within projects, and work with other teams to create a unified vision for the designs
