Position Title: Body Electronics Senior Technical Leader

Duration: Contract

Location: Sweden

Assignment Description:
- The Body Electronics and Systems technical leader shall drive the daily development and project activities for the Body electronics team.
- You need to have high personal skills, as you will guide and support many component owners through their deliveries as well as answering up to the different projects regarding the component status and progress.
- You will support the teams in setting up the plans towards the suppliers and you need to have strong technical competence both for HW, SW and subsystem design.
- Our Client believes that you have long experience from the car industry, many of these years within the electronic platform area, and that you have long proven project lead experience.
- You will not have direct personal responsibility, but you will have to work close with your engineers to understand their needs and to be able to coach them through the projects.

Requirements:
- +15 years- of Experience from automotive and electronic development is required for this assignment.
- Project leader level 5 or similar
- UPL/System manager experience from the Client is a merit.
- Other leadership graduations are a merit
- Cultural awareness and international experience
- Experience from managing and driving relevant taskforces
- We are looking for an individual who can manage tasks independent and drive issues and problem solving with energy, be transparent in reporting status to stakeholders and able to manage cross-functional contacts as required.
- You need to be an inspirational leader with a passion to grow people.
- The person for this assignment needs to have broad ECU technical knowledge
- Fluent English both writing and speech.
- Mandarin is a merit for this assignment.
