Position Title: Development Engineer – Interior Trim

Duration: Rolling Contract

Location: Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic

Job Description:
• Experience in Interior Trim projects, clear know how of product development and tool concepts, awareness of quality and product spec-requirement

Objectives of the Mission:
• Definition components requirements including critical characteristics
• Assure of all customer requirements, based on customer’s specifications
• Maintenance of bill of material
• Execution of documentation of meeting minutes, visit minutes
• Analyse product, define action plan for improvement
• Definition and leading for all geometrical convergence activities on the defined perimeter ( RPS definition, tolerance simulation, dimensional conformity, capability)
• Failure analysis on DP , CAE and testing results analysis and correction plan

Functional Skills Required:
• Product bench and concept definition
• Function analysis , DFMEA, KC definition
• Follow-up of product validation
• Lead of product change management

Technical Skills Required:
• Creation of product specifications and supplier’s specification
• Follow-up of part life cycle documentation

Other Skills:
• Experience on automotive interior development (door panels, instrument panels, centre consoles)
• International mind set, open minded and interested in multi-cultural environment

Languages:
• English - fluent
