Position Title: Cloud Quality Lead

Duration: Contract

Location: Sweden

Assignment Description:
• Cloud and Data Architecture are starting the work of the next generation platform for connectivity solutions and is looking for a Quality Manager to define and lead the quality assurance activities for the project.

Responsibilities and tasks: strategy together
• Define, document and drive QA processes and strategies
• Work with backlog stakeholders and development teams to define QA requirements
• Drive an organization wide QA mind-set and ways of working
• Drive requirements traceability from customer to software unit
• Ensure development teams follow the QA processes (testing, processes, and traceability)
• Define and implement interface processes between the automotive waterfall processes and the agile development processes
• Continuously guide and coach the organization in QA process

Requirements:
• Experience with software development QA process, and relevant common QA toolchain
• Experience with automated test frameworks on both the system and functional level
• Experienced with the agile software development process and concepts such as continues integration and deployment
• Ability to coach and mentor the people around you
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Preferred user tool knowledge: Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint
