I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Programme Lead to join their Design team

Job Description

As Programme Lead your main responsibilities are:

• Driving the delivery of the Design Vision, from concept to production, with efficiency & clarity
• Cross- functional collaboration, across multiple brands
• Lead the delivery of programmes, ensuring all activities are in line and delivered on time
• Agile Ways of Working, constantly striving to improve the performance of the team

Qualifications / Skills required

• Project Management experience
• Timing, Risk & issue resolution
• Cost and resource systems
• Agile & JIRA
• Scrum Master
