Contechs is recruiting on behalf of its high profile Automotive customer based Gothenburg, Sweden. They are seeking a Studio Support Consultant to work as part of Business Operations and work closely with the Management team.

Position Title: Studio Support Consultant - Business Assistant

Duration: Contract

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Description of the assignment

• As a Studio Support Consultant, you will be part of the Clients' Business Operations and work closely with the management team in the daily activities to support the Design Facility.

The main tasks will be,

• Support the Facility team with following up and implementing of faults and their solutions.
• Responsible for the Design Studio administration supporting the Client and sister Company's.
• Responsible for supporting internal and external Design presentations for both brands.
• Drive the continuous improvement activities for the Design facility.
• Support the Facility Management team when required.
• Responsible for conference facilities.
• An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role.
• Previous experience as a business assistant would be beneficial.

• Knowledge of Business Applications (SAP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with the confidence to communicate efficiently and effectively.
